Our commitment to sustainability
Sustainability is fundamental to our business’s enduring prosperity and is deeply ingrained in our operational ethos. We meticulously track our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices and performance through a rigorous framework. We are dedicated to transparently reporting our advancements in six key areas: our workforce, health and safety standards, environmental stewardship and climate resilience, community engagement, client relationships, and supply chain management.
Management
The oversight of sustainability at the Board level is conducted through our recently formed Board-level ESG Committee. This committee, chaired by the Finance Director, consists of the Director of Risk and Sustainability along with senior representatives from our operating divisions and Support Services. It merges our previous Carbon and Social Value Forum and Stakeholder Steering Committee to streamline responsibilities and ensure coherence in addressing overlapping concerns and audiences.
